Hi there, I’m Rebecca.

I’ve been cooking since I was a child, learning from both my grandmother and my father. I’ve kept kosher since a young age but also experimented for many years with a vegan, anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine diet in order to counteract my severe allergies.
